Writing for Stage and Performance

Developing scripts, monologues, and dialogue for performance

Learn what it takes to create characters, settings and storylines and work towards end-of-term performances in collaboration with Mayflower Young Company/Youth Theatre.

Participants will explore scriptwriting, creating monologues, duologues and performances through workshops and masterclasses, developing a portfolio of writing skills and techniques designed to transform ideas into words, words into actions, and actions into the magic of performance!

These sessions are free but we are looking for commitment. All workshops are suitable for beginners and advanced writers.

Participants are welcome to try a session before committing to the group with a free taster session. Please ring the box office to book your taster: 02380 711811
