Lighthouse Young Writers

Creative Writing for 11-14 and 15-18 years

Lighthouse Young Writers meet on Saturday mornings during term-time at Lighthouse, Poole. The 11-14 group meet from 9.15-11.00am and the 15-18 group meet from 11.15-1.00pm. Young writers get to explore a wide range of writing activities and art-forms, from script-writing through to performance poetry, short storytelling and creative non-fiction. As part of ArtfulScribe and Lighthouse's commitment to young people, participants have access to selected Lighthouse shows for educational and inspirational purposes and each group works towards an end of term project.

Lighthouse Young Writers’ groups are free to join and welcome writers of all levels and abilities, from those who may just be curious about writing to people with more experience. For further information please visit www.artfulscribe.co.uk or contact Mollie Marshall, Creative Engagement Producer at Lighthouse Poole: mollie.marshall@lighthousepoole.co.uk

We are grateful to Amazon Literary Partnership for their continued support.
